THE HUNT FOR THE DOUBLE DIAMOND IS ON!
Just days after 2011 Topps Baseball Series 1 released, collectors discovered sparkle variations and feverishly tried to find them all. The 60 unique cards, which were a nod to the company’s Diamond Anniversary, put eagle-eyed collectors on full alert.
Now Topps announces that its just released Series 2 will “spark” collectors to continue the hunt.
The first collector to find the “Double Sparkle” cards of superstars Jason Heyward, Tim Lincecum and Evan Longoria will win a certified autographed bat signed by young stars Robinson Cano, Andre Ethier, Curtis Granderson, Russell Martin, Justin Morneau, Hanley Ramirez, BJ Upton, Justin Verlander, David Wright and Ryan Zimmerman.
